prepare and plan for her and her future. What are we going to do and what will she
need tomorrow, next month, five years from now, and way into her future? In the
same manner, as we look into the months and the upcoming years for our chapter,
we want to make some plans to ensure the continued success of our chapter.
We are still working on the chapter's strategic plan to ensure that we have a map for
where we would like the chapter to go in the near future. We hope to provide
strategic directions and a plan to ensure our current members and future members
will have the tools, education, and information they need to help them in their jobs.
We hope to make our chapter one of our community's recognized centers of
expertise for records and information management.
To have a good plan together that could be successfully implemented within our
chapter, it is extremely important to get your input. Shortly, we will be asking you
for your input and help to complete the strategic plan and to help with its
implementation. Your participation won't require a great commitment on your part,
but your ideas and opinions will be extremely helpful. We look forward to working
with you to help us move forward into our future.
