Policy Procedure
We hope your Holidays were everything you were expecting and more and that the
new year brings you all the desires of your hearts.
A new year is a time for reflections and new resolutions. Our chapter has already
implemented new resolutions for this and the upcoming years. We have put in place
an inclement weather policy to ensure our members know when last-minute changes
are made to our events because of reasons beyond our control. Tim Hughes has
implemented a way to communicate to our members when such changes happen
through our Web site and in program announcements.
With that in mind, we have rescheduled our December program for January 8. Make
sure you check the announcement and the Web site for specific details. We will still
hold our charity drive. So don't forget to bring your contributions for the raffle and
any additional contributions you would like to make. We can still make the new year
special for some needy people.
Remember to check the Web site for our upcoming programs, activities, and the
seminar. We are looking forward to seeing you again.
