Case studies of successful and not-so-successful records management system
implementations from the southern and northern hemispheres will be shared and
analyzed. The day will conclude with a step-by-step roadmap for identifying and
linking essential recordkeeping elements into an integrated and sustainable
framework.
At the end of the seminar experience, participants should be able to:
Identify gaps in the intellectual architecture of their organization.
Know how to begin establishing connections across business functions and
domains using their existing tools and rules.
Navigate to and leverage best practice resources.
